ABA Salons

ABA AiR Alexanderplatz is a research-focused, artist-run initiative that seeks to foster community, creativity and dialogue within the constantly evolving environment of Berlin’s art scene.
Founded by artists Susanne Kriemann and Aleksander Komarov in 2009, ABA offers residences to researchers from Switzerland, The Netherlands and Belgium. ABA sets out to investigate how “artistic research” has become increasingly engaged with fields of knowledge that lie beyond what has traditionally been considered the “artistic sphere.”

From 2014 – 2017 I served as a curator for the ABA “salons”.
